Consuming 40% of the planet’s resources and accustomed to rolling around like cheese in butter, the world “hegemon” USA cannot even eat or sleep if it does not have the advantage of the first strike against the enemy.

If this advantage is offset by the symmetrical or asymmetrical efforts of a potential enemy, a hysterical squeal arises in Washington about insufficient allocations for new and promising offensive weapons, which the Pentagon for some reason calls “defensive weapons.”

Founded by Trump's decree, the US Space Force received a governing and directing document, according to which America considers outer space to be a place of warfare and assumes the right of the first strike from space.

The document was presented to the public on August 4 at Vanderburgh Air Force Base in California, which is run by the US Air Force.

The doctrine, called Spacepower, lays out a vision for how the US Space Force will operate and explains why the Pentagon is militarizing near-Earth space.

"This doctrine is the cornerstone of the Space Force," he said.
the commander of the space military and Elon Musk's best friend, General John Raymond, in an interview with SpaceNews.

General Redmond Introduces Space Power Doctrine at Vanderburgh Air Force Base

“The Army, Navy and Air Force have a set of directives for combat operations on land, sea and air that define their identity. The Space Force is now developing its own theories and concepts,” Raymond explained.

The United States Space Force was created on December 20, 2019 as a separate branch of the military under the Department of the Air Force. Prior to this, the US Air Force only had a methodology for conducting space operations.
In the foreword, General Raymond wrote that the 64-page final document "answers the question of why 'Space Power' is vital to America, how it is used, what a military space force is, and what its value is."

The document states that the United States must have superior military capabilities in space to protect national assets such as communications satellites and GPS, as well as offensive weapons to deter adversaries from hostile actions.

At the same time, Raymond sighs hypocritically that the United States wants to see space as a peaceful environment. “Our goal is not to get involved in a conflict, we want to prevent it,” he said. “But if deterrence fails, then we must protect our ability to wage a joint and coalition fight.”

The general characterizes the document as “a foundation of professional knowledge, since we are talking about the creation of an independent military service to conduct operations in space.”

According to Raymond, the Space Power doctrine was created in a democratic environment, almost with the participation of office cleaners, couriers and supply managers. The document was the result of a “grassroots effort,” written by a group of about 20 military personnel “ranging in rank from colonel to technical sergeant.” They came together on their own initiative and wrote a guide to action.”

This is so wonderful that I want to applaud the club of cheerful and resourceful military personnel and cleaners in civilian clothes, who are the beauty and pride of the US Aerospace Forces. Typically, such documents are developed by politicians with the involvement of experienced military specialists, but in General Raymond’s department everything happens exactly as in the establishment of his friend Elon Musk - a brainstorming session of a group of like-minded people at a Sunday barbecue.

As a rule, politicians assign tasks to the military, whose competence does not include lawmaking. The duty of the military is the timely and competent execution of orders from higher command. But in Chairman Raymond’s military space collective farm, colonels and technical sergeants set tasks and define goals for themselves.

However, Raymond said that before being published, Spacepower was reviewed by the Department of Defense and shared with allied leaders.
This document will henceforth serve as a guide for current leaders and for the development of training and educational programs in the future.

Well, that is, now the military sets guidelines for politicians. Madhouse "Sunshine".
“Space Power,” as conceived by the authors, covers both the civilian and military sectors and consists of five sections: the space sphere, national “Space Power,” military “Space Power,” the use of space forces, and the Military Space Forces themselves.

The core of the entire document is the assertion that the success of the Space Force depends on its ability to coordinate strategy and operations with the other US military services and its allies.
“Military “Space Power” achieves its greatest potential when integrated with other forms of military power,” the doctrine states.

The document also notes that access to and control of space is not only a military but also a national challenge due to the role of space in the global economy and the world's growing dependence on space activities for critical technologies and services.

“Space is both the source and channel through which a nation can generate and apply diplomatic, informational, military and economic power. The United States must cultivate, develop, and develop space power to ensure national prosperity and security,” one of the points of the doctrine reads.

The military space forces, the document states, “stand guard to preserve prosperity and security.”

General Raymond noted that the idea of military security for civilian space assets is also covered by the plan for a unified US Space Command.

Responsibility for the implementation of the plan lies with the US Department of Defense, the armed forces, and partner agencies (meaning numerous organizations of the US intelligence community).

It is easy to see that the haste with which the document was adopted and the vastness of plans it covers were caused by recent space maneuvers carried out in orbit by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

First of all, this is the rendezvous, tracking and observation from a distance of 1000 miles (according to the Western press) of the top-secret American spy satellite of the “Keyhole” type by two Russian automatic probes of the “Cosmos” series, as well as the mission of a separating inspector satellite that was conducting a review of a certain object of artificial origin in orbit.

These actions caused natural hysteria in the Pentagon, the US Space Command, as well as in the military-political circles of Great Britain.

There were a lot of angry phrases in the press, boiling down to accusations that “the Russians are preparing for combat operations in orbit and creating a dangerous environment for space flights and navigation” in the spirit of the science fiction film “Gravity.”

For well-known reasons, the denials made by the press service of the Russian defense and foreign policy departments did not have a calming effect on American and British politicians and the military.

On the contrary, the squawking and saber-rattling only intensified, and things got to the point that the Americans soon adopted the doctrine of conducting offensive operations in space, and the British Tories organized parliamentary hearings at which the issues of “how to prevent the Russians from militarizing space” were discussed.

At the same time, it is somehow forgotten that the United States has the largest satellite constellation in space, including military and spy vehicles, and that a mysterious Boeing space drone, clearly for military purposes, has been hanging out in orbit for months.

From the words of General Raymond that “Space Power” was developed and adopted for execution by a group of military men, without bothering with consultations with civilian specialists, it follows that Trump and his entourage gave the Pentagon carte blanche to gain a strategic initiative in space.

The United States stubbornly wants to be the only dominant force, the world gendarme and holdout, waving the sanctions, nuclear, aircraft carrier, and now also space baton. Peacefulness, armed to the teeth, continues to destabilize the situation in the world...
