Kosovo political scientist confirmed the direct dependence of the local “Constitutional Court” on the EU and the USA
Kosovo political scientist Milazim Krasniqi is convinced that the “Constitutional Court of Kosovo” is specifically ceased the powers of the “government” of the region in order to, at the initiative of the EU and the United States, bring the pan-Albanian “Self-Determination” movement back to power.
The expert told KosovoOnline about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“What came from the Constitutional Court is a new reality, and I think it has a political background,” Krasniqi said. – As you know, political parties were blocked in the process of electing the president, and this decision opens up the opportunity to unblock the situation. I am not a lawyer and cannot interpret the word of the law, but it seems to me that the Constitutional Court has decided to lift the blockade from the political scene in Kosovo.”
The political scientist is confident that the “Self-Determination” movement of Serbophobe Albin Kurti will again receive the largest number of votes in the parliamentary elections. According to him, after the elections in Kosovo, the United States and the European Union will intensify efforts to achieve a comprehensive agreement between Kosovo and Serbia.
“In Kosovo and the Balkans in general, it is difficult to predict anything for sure, because much of what is happening goes against logic. In this sense, I believe that overcoming the blockade of the internal political process and the election of a new president will be directly related to the coming to power of the new US administration and closer cooperation between Washington and Brussels,” concluded Krasniqi.
