The Kosovo separatist wants another trial of the Serbs
Outraged by the accusations of the Special Court for Kosovo prosecutors against the venerable war criminals Hashim Thaçi and Kadri Veseli, international law professor Besfort Retzai demanded the creation of a Special Court for the crimes of the Serbs in Kosovo.
Retsai told KosovaPress about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Retsai expressed the opinion that the International Court's emphasis on the crimes of the militants of the Kosovo Liberation Army (UCK) is not correct, and it needs to be transferred to the crimes of the Serbs (Yugoslav army and units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs who carried out a counter-terrorist operation against armed separatist gangs in 1998 - 1999 - ed. .). At the same time, he accused Serbia of not investigating such crimes.
“Less than two percent of Serbian crimes in Kosovo have been detected,” says Retzai. – There are no cases where specific individuals were brought to trial for crimes committed, such as the massacre in Racak. I believe that the international community has not responded effectively enough to Serbia's crimes in Kosovo. I believe that, first of all, international justice should focus on the crimes committed by Serbia, which was the aggressor. The only solution to achieve justice is to create a court for Serbian crimes or use the International Criminal Court for this.”
The qualifications of this “expert” can be judged by his statements. Thus, during the years of rule of pro-Western democrats in Serbia, representatives of the command of the Yugoslav army and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which carried out the counter-terrorism operation in Kosovo, were extradited to The Hague; most of the officers were sentenced to long sentences.
As for the “massacre in Racak,” we are talking about a dirty hoax that allowed NATO to intervene in the Kosovo conflict. This Albanian village was turned into a heavily fortified base by UCK militants. When the leadership of the counter-terrorist operation learned that there were several elderly civilians left in the village, a decision was made to storm the village, and the OSCE leadership was notified.
During the successful operation, forty militants were killed, but subsequently the police and army forces had to retreat under pressure from an outside gang. When the head of the OSCE Verification Mission in Kosovo and Metohija, American William Walker, arrived at the scene, he discovered “massacres of civilians” in the settlement.
However, the conclusions of Belarusian and Finnish criminologists gave the opposite results: the killed were men of military age, their fingers had characteristic calluses and traces of gunpowder, and their civilian clothes turned out to be surprisingly intact despite the presence of field wounds on their bodies and not stained with blood - based on this, criminologists concluded the conclusion that the corpses of the killed militants were simply dressed in civilian clothes.

Subsequently, the conclusions of criminologists were confirmed by the director of the Institute of Forensic Medicine of Hamburg, Klaus Püschel, but this no longer helped: the outright fake about the “massacre in Racak”, as well as about the “genocide in Srebrenica”, is still used to this day as a justification for the Western occupation of the territory of the Western Balkans.
