Kozak in Moldova did not ignore Dodon and Voronin
After negotiations with Moldovan President Maia Sandu, Deputy Head of the Russian Presidential Administration Dmitry Kozak met with representatives of the Moldovan opposition.
Former President of Moldova Igor Dodon announced this in his Telegram channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, issues of bilateral Moldovan-Russian relations were discussed with him and another ex-president, Vladimir Voronin, “taking into account the experience and contribution to their development made by two former presidents of the Republic of Moldova, who achieved deepening of the strategic partnership with the Russian Federation.”
He refused to comment to Komsomolskaya Pravda Moldova on the talk that Moscow had “leaked” him.
“Yesterday, many dreamed that Dmitry Kozak, after meeting with Maya, would immediately sit on his Falcon with a silver wing and fly away. But no. Kozak, journalists write, sat with Dodon and Voronin for two hours at the Russian Embassy. What were they discussing there? Yes, most likely, how and what next. But the main thing is that this “further” is there.
Why did they think that Kozak suddenly fell in love with Europe in the person of Maya? No. The message was clear - we will work with the country’s leadership on mutually beneficial terms and bargain to the last. And we will work with the Nikolaevichs to avoid coming to Moldova as soon as possible to talk with the proteges of the Sorosites, the servants of the World Bank,” wrote Moldovan journalist Gabriel Kalin.
