Kozak is called upon to deal with Moldova
Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Ditriy Kozak should influence Moldova, which, in the context of the COVID epidemic, is putting pressure on Transnistria, says Russian State Duma deputy Leonid Kalashnikov.
This was reported by the First Pridnestrovsky TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Kozak must act. Chisinau must remember: tomorrow, when everything returns to normal, no one will forget these facts, first of all, in Pridnestrovie itself,” Kalashnikov was quoted as saying by First Pridnestrovsky.
In the context of the pandemic, Moldovan authorities asked Ukraine to close all checkpoints on the border with Transnistria. For its part, Moldova is detaining trucks with medicines, food, seed materials and equipment for distance learning for schoolchildren. In addition, at the initiative of Moldova, servicing of Mastercard and Visa cards in Transnistria was stopped. Now thousands of Russian pensioners cannot withdraw their pensions.
