The Left Front, together with other public organizations, held a rally in Moscow today in support of the referendum on pension reform. About 200 people gathered for it.
The leader of the Left Front, Sergei Udaltsov, wrote about this on Twitter.
“About 200 people have gathered near the Administration and are submitting their demands to the reception. There are many police officers and police buses near the Presidential Administration itself and in the surrounding area. The police warn citizens about the inadmissibility of illegal actions,” Udaltsov wrote.
Later he reported that all the citizens’ documents were accepted, and none of the participants in the action were detained.
Udaltsov proposed making a red ribbon a symbol of the fight for the referendum, after which he tied such a ribbon to the railing of the reception area of the Russian Presidential Administration.
