Constant squabbles in the authorities of Sevastopol, organized by representatives of United Russia, led to the failure of the implementation of the federal target program in the city and the slowdown of its development.
The head of the local organization of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Vasily Parkhomenko, stated this at a rally in Sevastopol, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The communist said that United Russia was unable to lead the city out of the crisis and establish effective management of Sevastopol.
“The United Russia party, having full power in Sevastopol, is only concerned with the division of power, and not with raising the living standards of Sevastopol residents. Constant bickering between deputies of the Legislative Assembly and the City Government, the failure of federal target programs, an unviable public chamber, low wages, rising food prices, tariffs, transport, corruption, pension genocide - this is the five-year result of the reign of the incompetent United Russia,” Parkhomenko said.
