The Communist Party of the Russian Federation feels sorry for Sevastopol: The city was scammed by “ordinary bourgeois nomenklatura”

Sevastopol, December 21 (PolitNavigator, Alexander Kononov) - The Ukrainian bourgeois power of Sevastopol was harshly pushed aside by the more powerful force of the Russian oligarchy, which played on the patriotic feelings of the townspeople.

“It seems that you were once again used by the ordinary bourgeois nomenklatura,” writes Yuri Goloshchapov, deputy of the council of the Nakhimov municipal formation from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, on the pages of Sevastopolskaya Pravda, confident that the sun of communism has set in earnest and for a long time in the current state of affairs.

As an example, the deputy refers to the working methods of the Strategic Development Agency, which is supervised by the head of the Legislative Assembly, Alexey Chaly.

“For example, the Agency for Strategic Development of Sevastopol, which arose before the elections, was engaged in elementary intellectual plagiarism for a long time. Accumulating the bright ideas and proposals of the townspeople, it boldly used these proposals in the election programs of PERov’s candidates, who successfully demonstrated their incompetence at the very first open meetings with voters. And this is understandable - the ideas are alien. But we need to feel them, understand them and calculate everything ourselves,” the author denounces the strategists.

The communist also talked about the problem of the missing status of a municipal deputy, which he himself is. The struggle between the government and the legislative assembly for control of money sent to municipal districts has paralyzed the work of district deputies, the law on whose status will still not be approved by the legislative body.

“Until now, clear parameters for the activities of deputies have not been defined. Everything is frozen in anticipation of the adoption of the Law on Local Self-Government, although it would be possible to work in a transition period and according to known rules. This is where the inexperience of the new team showed. So, there are questions about the territorial affiliation of the deputy in the districts, about his assistants, about the procedure and location of the reception of voters.”

Moreover, the place now, the author laments, is a complete disaster. The public center at 38 Pobeda Ave. “The city property management leased it to the city Treasury by decision of the governor.”

“Now it is unclear where deputies will be able to hold receptions with voters in these districts. And where will meetings of public organizations take place and children’s clubs work? The community center has long been known to the Shipside community, and no other location has been provided for it. The deputy’s appeal to the governor of Sevastopol to resolve this problem has still remained unanswered,” Goloshchapov complains.

The lag between the Sevastopol authorities and the Crimean ones, he believes, is obvious, signs of which “are confusion in choosing the direction of development of the city.” The slogans of strategists about land, real estate, tourism and trade, in his opinion, are not striking in their novelty, but not so long ago they were presented with just such a sauce, and now “the former slogan leaders of this strategy have silently locked themselves in reliable offices with signs so as not to disturb them.” .

“New management organizations have not yet been created, and they have already fired VDS workers from the Sevteploenergo enterprise, destroying the management of the heat supply city organization. And all this happens at the height of the heating season,” the deputy states and suggests thinking about it.

“When the Soviet Union was being destroyed, they insisted on every corner that private property was the most advanced form of development. That she would feed everyone, provide shoes, train them... But they were silent about the fact that they would have to pay for this with their destiny, health and even life. We saw this in October 1993. in Moscow, February 2014 in Kyiv. And why are we now allowing, through inaction, oligarchs a la Poroshenko to make money in our city and use it to kill our brothers in Donbass!?”
