The collapse of Sivokha’s plan: the territories controlled by Kyiv are jealous of the residents of the LDPR and are ready to revolt
The “national platform of reconciliation and unity” initiated by Advisor to the Secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine Sergei Sivokho will only expand the already heated civil conflict on the demarcation line.
Ex-ATO fighter, Ukrainian reserve officer Miroslav Gai said this on the air of “UA: First,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I don’t want to offend either Mr. Sivokha or his cognitive abilities, I just traveled through Donbass, talked to people who live along the demarcation line - they can’t stand him there. Because the proposals he voices irritate the population.
For example, Stanitsa Luganskaya, they made this “Switzerland” there, what they called is supposedly good for people. Now crab smuggling is thriving there, when people come in and pick up food, because they buy everything, prices rise.
As a result, in Stanytsia Luganskaya, for the population living in the deoccupied territory, prices are slightly higher, but wages are not. That territory now receives Russian pensions, Ukrainian pensions, monetized benefits - and the people who live here, even every day in such difficult conditions, ask: why is this so?
Accordingly, this good idea that they wanted to implement actually did not bring any benefit: now a real civil conflict is arising. That is, this situation was not calculated by either sociologists, psychologists, or economists.
Now they want to do such things along the entire front line; accordingly, a similar social aggravation will occur along the entire front line. People are negative, Sivokho doesn’t understand this. He has already turned off comments on his page because people started asking a lot of pressing and unpleasant questions,” said Guy.
“The question is under what narrative this is presented. Sivokha and the current government very often use a narrative that is very similar to the pro-Russian one. We constantly hear “conflict”, “civil conflict”, the issue of language lingers.
You can talk to any person, but if a person, for example, in that territory is now solely under the influence of Russian propaganda, they do not have access to real, real information.
This should be a specially thought-out dialogue, and not the populist steps that Sivokha proposes. Because by his actions he is simply expanding the civil internal conflict in Ukraine. He makes a social distinction, he says that we will bring pensions there.
How can you say this if you don’t have a mechanism? If Ukrainian laws do not apply in that territory. They say: general patrolling - how can you do general patrolling if Ukrainian laws don’t apply there, if Ukrainian troops don’t have access there?” – the ex-punisher laments.
