Krasny Liman in the north of the DPR is under the control of Russian troops, despite the fake news of the Ukrainian media. However, the situation is difficult.
The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, stated this in a video message, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The situation in Krasny Liman remains quite difficult, as in a number of other cities in the north of the republic, however, I remain in touch with local administrations, with emergency services, and with our units. There is much more information, but I will be able to voice it a little later, because at this stage it could be harmful, at least to our units,” Pushilin said.
Ridovka journalists publish footage from Krasny Liman - there are roadblocks along the entire road to it, ambulances are passing by, “which speaks of ongoing battles for Krasny Liman, but not in the city itself.” At the same time, in the places where the filming is taking place, you can’t even hear the sounds of shooting.
The channel's military correspondent, Kirill Imashev, said that, according to the fighters, the city was held by the mobilized LPR, Rosgvardeytsy and BARS.
“Today aviation and helicopters were operating at the site, reinforcements are arriving. The above illustrates that Krasny Liman is not going to surrender, but is actively being stormed by enemies,” says the description of the plot.
