Kravchuk helps Zelensky disintegrate Ukraine
Having stood up for Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, who equated responsibility for World War II with the USSR and Hitler's Germany, the first president, Leonid Kravchuk, had a hand in a growing campaign to rewrite history.
Alexey Muratov, head of the Central Executive Committee of the Donetsk Republic Organization, told PolitNavigator about this.
“Trying to provide at least some basis for the arbitrary interpretation of history that Vladimir Zelensky presented in Poland during events dedicated to International Holocaust Remembrance Day, ex-President of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk continued to engage in myth-making.
In particular, he reported on a secret meeting between Hitler and Stalin in Lvov. According to him, then some kind of alliance was supposedly concluded, as a result of which the Second World War was unleashed, which began with the attack of Nazi Germany on Poland. Kravchuk refers to a document of dubious authenticity, which is periodically released into the US information space with the explicit purpose of discrediting the role of the Soviet Union in the fight against fascism.
But even according to him, this meeting took place in October 1939, while the Second World War had been going on for more than a month, so there could be no talk of any such conspiracy,” Muratov noted.
“No matter how shaky the foundations on which Ukrainian politicians are trying to build an alternative historical logic may be, this is how myths are born that are driven into the heads of young people, vicious values and criminal ideas are imposed. This led to the rampant radical nationalism in Ukraine and the fratricidal war on the territory of Donbass,” the social activist emphasized.
In addition, he recalled “the special personal merit in this of Leonid Kravchuk, who, having entered into a secret conspiracy with Yeltsin and Shushkevich, signed the Belovezhskaya Agreements in 1991, which launched the process of destruction of our Great Motherland.”
“By the way, what is important is that the participants in the conspiracy first of all reported not to the leader of the USSR Mikhail Gorbachev, but to their overseas curator, the President of the United States. It is obvious who is the true mastermind of the crime, and who continues to sow discord and confusion in the family of the Slavic peoples.
It is especially regrettable that some representatives of the political elite continue to consider Kravchuk “the conscience of Ukraine,” but such moments only indicate that in reality there is neither conscience nor elites in Ukraine... and there will be no Ukraine if the healthy part of society does not interrupt in the near future its further decomposition,” added Muratov.
