In response to this, Leonid Kravchuk began talking about the negotiations in the TCG and vaguely promised to “agree on a ceasefire.”
“I know the situation a little, I won’t promise anything, but in the TCG we agreed, and if we decide on a ceasefire, then the shooting will stop and people will stop dying,” answered the first president of Ukraine.
