Kiev journalist Vyacheslav Chechilo photographed the lightboxes left on the streets of Kyiv after the “Day of the Ukrainian Flag” that had already passed on August 23.

One of these photos the journalist posted with a comment on his page on the social network.
“Creative from the Ministry of Internal Affairs for our money. Do I understand correctly that the dog’s name is Prapor?” he wrote sarcastically.
The lightbox depicts a huge guard dog in a collar with the inscription “More than a symbol” - in large font and the words “August 23 - the day of the Ukrainian ensign” - in a slightly smaller font.
