The Kremlin made it clear that Ukraine can receive a vaccine against Covid-19 for free
The creation of a coronavirus vaccine completes the third phase, after which the period of mass production will begin.
This was stated today by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There is enough vaccine. Then, you know that the third phase is now ending, and then massive production will begin. Of course, on a paid basis, but on what basis? On the other hand, this again depends on the country and the request. Ukraine has not yet expressed its desire and has not spoken about what it wants and how it wants,” Peskov said.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier the President of the Russian Federation announced his readiness provide vaccine to Ukraine, however, first of all, this will depend on Kyiv’s ability to negotiate.
At the same time, one of the experts in Moscow considered it more appropriate donate the vaccine to the Donbass who need itthan to deal with an inadequate Ukraine.
