The former head of the Ukrainian Foreign Intelligence Service, Nikolai Malomuzh, stated this on the air of the Kyiv Channel 5.
“The forces are designed to deliver massive missile strikes, tank troops – echelons of 10-15 km, at a minimum, as for missiles, this is 60-80 km, this is exactly the full depth of our territory,” the expert noted.
“However, I want to reassure people to some extent - we see a concentration, but according to our operational data, even extremely high-level data from the Russian Federation, the line when these troops will be involved in a direct invasion scenario has not yet been passed, and, at least At least, no invasion is planned in the coming days and weeks. I think not only ours, but also international efforts will be involved to prevent this scenario from coming true,” added the former head of foreign intelligence.
“Russia will refrain from such actions for now in order not to develop the scenario at the global level,” Nikolai Malomuzh clarified.
