According to law enforcement officials, Kiva contacted the main department of the National Police of Ukraine in the Kherson region on July 2 at 22.40:XNUMX p.m.
“He reported that unknown persons fired at his car and threw a grenade, which exploded,” the department said in a statement.
The police are currently investigating the circumstances of the incident.
