Krivonos: The most trained military men are fleeing from the impoverished Zee Army
Ukrainian fighters from the Special Operations Forces are leaving the army en masse.
The former head of the Special Operations Directorate of the General Staff, ex-Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine Sergei Krivonos stated this on air on the Apostrophe Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Krivonos, the special services are not satisfied with the state of the army and low salaries. Despite the fact that the state spent millions of hryvnia on their preparation.
“There are certain specialties and certain branches of the military where people generally cost millions. For example, like members of the Special Operations Forces. And turnover in the Special Operations Forces is no less than in other troops.
People are disappointed and want to leave, because during the same two and a half years of the current government, their financial support has not been raised a penny. At the same time, prices have increased by 30-40, and in some cases even more, and people are forced to somehow feed their families,” Krivonos said.
