The crisis savings for Russians will not affect Crimea - twice as many tourists are going there as a year ago
More than half of active Russians aged 18 to 55 expect to save money on vacation this year - stay at home for the entire summer or limit themselves to trips to the country. This is bad news for Kuban, but good news for Crimea, where, despite the economy, twice as many Russians are planning to go this year than last year.

ADV surveyed the “active part of the population” - men and women aged 18-55 in cities with a population of over a million.
If in the fall only 11% of the population expected the crisis to end soon, now this number is already 35%. Despite this, citizens are cutting costs more than before, it follows from the published "Kommersant" report of the advertising group ADV:, including for household appliances, clothing, shoes and household goods. The reduction will also affect spending on vacations.
63% of Russians decided to reduce spending on summer vacations. Thus, 33% of respondents say that they will not go anywhere this year, although only 28% of respondents stayed at home last summer. The share of those who decided to limit themselves to relaxing at the dacha increased compared to last summer from 25% to 29%. The number of Russians willing to travel abroad or to the Black Sea coast of the Caucasus (Sochi, Tuapse, Anapa, etc.) has fallen - from 26% to 18% and from 15% to 13%. But twice as many people say they plan to travel to Crimea—10% compared to 5% a year earlier.
