During 2021, relations between Russia and the collective West, led by the United States, broke all anti-records of the Cold War, reaching a freezing temperature, below which there is complete unpredictability.

The reason for the latest Western aggravation was the dying quasi-state of Ukraine, which two years ago acquired a leadership so “advanced” in every sense that all the previous independent “Kermans” look, if not luminaries and a host of ancient philosophers, then certainly powerful statesmen.

It is not difficult to understand the motives of the Western anti-Russian camarilla. It, like Hitler’s Germany in its time, for a further well-fed existence and to contain the accumulated social upheavals, coupled with regular economic crises, urgently needs a new campaign beyond the “red lines” into the zone of geopolitical interests of Russia and, now, China.

At the same time, the United States is driven by the habit of unfettered global dominance, developed over the past 30 years after the departure of the USSR from the political arena and China’s reluctance to challenge the “world hegemon,” and a carefully guarded line drawn around the Celestial Empire, which no one is recommended to cross.

The most odious means of achieving geopolitical goals have been chosen. “Aggressive intentions” are being sucked out of thin air, such as “Petrov and Vasechkin’s poisoning” of the useless defector Skripal, seasoned with the pepper of “previously unprecedented chemical weapons.” Then a squeal rises in the “freest press”, after which it is the turn of Western politicians to lament, express concern and make “difficult decisions” to contain “Russian aggression”, since, they say, “Moscow started it first.”

Sometimes Western cramps resemble a cheap theatrical performance, when the geographic cretinism of individual politicians leads to statements like, “Russia is concentrating troops close to the border with Ukraine in the city of Yelnya.” Laziness and carelessness are already preventing you from looking at the map on your smartphone, so as not to get into a puddle again.

The further, the more often threats began to be heard: “we will deploy missiles at your side, we will introduce the most severe sanctions, your gas for Europe is dirty and totalitarian,” voiced by such powerful figures as the intellectual bastard Psaki or the old Maidan bag-bag Nuland.

However, even the current head of the State Department, Blinken, shaking his fists from the podium, increasingly resembles not the foreign minister of a serious power, but a farcical wrestler, pounding “trash talk” (cheap show-off) for the amusement of the respectable public.

Apparently, the White House also understands that threats and cheap show-offs won’t get you far, so they agreed to online negotiations between Putin and Biden. Apparently, the Russian president received some proposals from the American side, and the main result of the negotiations was the urgent proposal of the Russian leader - to enshrine in the treaties the end of NATO expansion to the East, since the experience of the fooled Gorbachev, who took Western cheaters at their word, is of no use to anyone in our time seduces.

Moreover, the expansion of NATO, and with it offensive weapons close to the Russian borders, is the main destabilizing factor for maintaining peace in Europe.

However, there are other ways in the world to find out about the true intentions of “our Western partners” for the near future, without resorting to fortune telling with a daisy and signs given by brooches on Madeleine Albright’s blouse.

Thus, the other day the US Congress adopted a military budget bill for 2022 - a serious document that largely determines the policy of the Beaver Empire.

So, what does the upcoming budget have in store for us?

Even a superficial analysis of the document suggests that Washington can make waves and belligerently shake the baton as much as they want, but they are definitely not ready to bring the situation to a conflict with Russia.

We can say that those provisions of the new US military budget concerning Russia look not only rather weak, but do not even contain such threats as the introduction of sanctions against Nord Stream 2 and the acquisition of sovereign debt obligations of the Russian Federation, which the Republicans insisted on.

Judging by the way the budget bill was passed in Congress, there wasn't much of a fight over it. 366 members of the lower house of parliament voted in favor, with 70 against. Considering the balance of power in the Senate, which must approve the decision of Congress, the budget will be adopted with exactly the same result.

Of the clearly aggressive ones, we can note the point about allocating another bone from the master’s table to Ukraine to strengthen the Armed Forces of Ukraine, amounting to $300 million. Another $4 billion is provided for the European Defense Initiative and $150 million for the development of cooperation with the “Baltic extinctions” in the field of security.

The bill authorizes $7,1 billion for the Pacific Deterrence Initiative and support for Taiwan's defense, as well as a ban on purchases of products from China's Xinjiang region, "putting human rights first!"

Judging by the modest volumes of funds allocated “for containment”, the United States does not intend to seriously butt heads in the European and Pacific theaters of operations, but the biceps must be designated at least for the internal opposition.

It seems that observers are right in believing that the United States intends to dump graceless Ukraine into the balance of Great Britain, which is running ahead of the anti-Russian locomotive and yearning for at least a faint semblance of the good old “Great Game.”

Other points of the draft military budget concerning Russia are so funny that they are suitable for publication in the satire and humor magazine “Crocodile”:

Along with China, Iran and North Korea, Russia is included in the list of foreign states “of particular concern.”

Most likely, under this hat lies the intention to continue to finance the aggressive chatter in the media of specially appointed talking heads and their speechwriters.

Restrictions on military cooperation will be extended.

We prepare handkerchiefs to wipe away tears.

Pentagon money cannot be spent on recognizing Russian sovereignty over Crimea. Unless there is permission from the US Secretary of Defense.

People on the peninsula held their breath: how will the head of the Pentagon have enough guts to spend a couple of bucks on recognizing Russian sovereignty over Crimea? That would be the number.

Beginning on April 1, 2022, and every two years thereafter, by April Fool's Day, the Pentagon and military intelligence must provide a report on how Russia is attempting to destroy U.S. military alliances and partnerships through influence operations (including a list of state and non-state individuals and organizations that are doing so ) and listing the most fragile allies for Russian influence.

The situation is so clown that American legislators decided to organize a horse-drawn circus with reporting every two years. Otherwise, there won’t be enough popcorn to munch on the spectacle.

Russian and Chinese representatives were denied access to air defense facilities, especially Aegis. If the head of the Pentagon is honored to invite the Russians and Chinese to look at American air defense facilities, he will have to bow to the Congressional Defense Committee.

Besides the fact that Russia and China will make a mirror decision, is it in vain that military satellites are flying?

The Pentagon is strictly prohibited from buying personal protective equipment from Russia, China, Iran and North Korea. Especially in the DPRK.

Now this is a punch in the gut!

Before the New Year 2022, the Pentagon was obliged to establish or deny the fact of Russian military cooperation with the Taliban movement. And so - every year.

If we remember who exactly, having darted out of Afghanistan, left mountains of weapons and ammunition for the Taliban worth billions of dollars, we should look closer for the culprits, in the Pentagon itself.

In the next six months, the Pentagon must give an answer at a cost of $4 billion on how to defeat and even destroy Russia in the confrontation between great powers, assess the level of cooperation between Russia and China, as well as Russian assistance in establishing Chinese dominance in the Western Hemisphere.

Each hut has its own rattles. The Pentagon has its own game “What? Where? When?". It’s a pity that the prize fund will not go to the audience.

A phenomenon of the same order is to establish the “harmful influence” of Russia and China in Africa within 4 months.

Separately, the instruction to assess the “violation of human rights” as a result of arms exports by the main five exporters is touching.

Here, as they say, in the process of investigation, it would not be possible to identify ourselves, since the United States is No. 1 on the list of arms dealers on the international market.

American legislators are greatly concerned about Russian and Chinese nuclear weapons, which represent an insurmountable barrier to complete world domination. This is understandable: you can blow alarmist nonsense into a bullhorn as much as you like and shake your fist from high stands, but use your own nuclear club - your arms are short.

The result may be too sad. Instead of world domination, the fixers will have to command their servants in an anti-nuclear bunker somewhere in the mountains of Montana among the expanses contaminated with radiation. Best case scenario.

Among other things, the American establishment is concerned about the US lagging behind in nuclear technology and the global dominance of Rosatom. In this regard, the military has been instructed to think about how to improve the position of American nuclear scientists in the global market for nuclear equipment and technologies.

And, for starters, Congress decided to remove as many as 35 Russian individuals from the planned sanctions list under the Magnitsky Act, who appear in the document as “kleptocrats” and “human rights violators.”

The list includes oligarch Abramovich, Prime Minister Mishustin, First Deputy Head of the Russian Presidential Administration Kiriyenko, St. Petersburg mayor Beglov, journalists Solovyov and Simonyan, head of the First TV channel Ernst and other citizens.

In general, the position of the draft US military budget for 2022 concerning Russia is distinguished by a low level of aggression with the complete ephemerality of a number of key tasks that must be solved in a short time.

The feeling is that the American establishment has made a decision to reduce the level of anti-Russian excitability of its “hawks” through the popular in the army method of “carrying a round one, rolling a square one.” Otherwise, it is difficult to explain all the curiosities and absurdities mentioned in the document.
