This was reported by the Kiev publication Liga.net.

“Several investors considered this business, but no deal was reached,” says Olga Nasonova, general director of Restaurant Consulting.

The owners of Coffee House planned to earn from $17 to 2 million for a network of 3 establishments. Now there are four coffee shops operating under this sign in Kiev - near the Olimpiyskaya metro station, on Lesi Ukrainki Boulevard, as well as in the shopping center Ukraine and Dream Town.

There were indeed negotiations about the sale of the chain, but the deal did not take place, confirms an informed interlocutor in the restaurant market.

Potential buyers were not satisfied that all the premises under the coffee shops were leased, and the new owner must partially replace the equipment. The chain’s brand was also put up for sale, says the co-owner of a large restaurant company that was also negotiating the purchase of Coffee House.
