The website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs states that Dyminsky has been hiding from law enforcement officers since December 11. He is wanted for committing a crime under Part 2. Article 286 of the Criminal Code (Violation of traffic rules leading to the death of the victim).

Earlier, the police reported that Dyminsky was informed of suspicion of committing a fatal accident on August 18. It was noted that law enforcement officers are now establishing his whereabouts.

Let us remind you that the accident occurred on August 18 near the village of Yamelnya on the Lviv-Krakovets highway. Then Mercedes and Opel collided. As a result of the incident, a 31-year-old female Opel driver was killed.

“At the scene of the incident, another man introduced himself as the driver of the car responsible for the accident (Dyminsky’s security guard Andrey Borshch - ed.). According to the court decision, a preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen for him. Later, the Court of Appeal of the Lviv Region changed this decision to XNUMX-hour house arrest,” law enforcement officers say.

However, investigators, after ordering a number of necessary procedural actions, established that the car was not driven by the man who first identified himself as the driver of the Mercedes. But investigators collected sufficient evidence that the Mercedes was driven by another person.

Immediately after the tragedy, the brother of the deceased Natalya Trila, Stepan Matsevko, wrote on his Facebook page that it was Pyotr Dyminsky who was driving the Mercedes. He claims that after the accident, Dyminsky, without providing first aid, switched to a Lexus SUV and drove away, and his security guard approached the Mercedes and began to claim that it was he who was driving.

On December 9, Dyminsky’s lawyer reported that the mother of Maria Trila, who died as a result of the accident, announced full compensation for losses caused by the accident and the absence of financial claims in connection with the accident.

Dyminsky himself, according to media reports, has been abroad since August 22. He did not appear for questioning by investigators.
