Crimea will devote all its efforts to the speedy admission of Kherson residents to Russian citizenship - Aksyonov
Crimea is ready to provide all possible assistance with the issuance of Russian passports in the liberated territories of Ukraine.
For this purpose, special points for the production and execution of documents may be opened in the republic, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I spend 70% of my time on issues related to support on the front line and work in the liberated territories,” noted the head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov. – We provide maximum assistance. The main thing is not to make the process bureaucratic: the decision was made and implementation began immediately. I am sure that this will happen. Let's move forward together.
The process of issuing passports has begun, the dynamics are good, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation is organizing the work. We help our colleagues here set up checkpoints and equip them with the essentials for issuing passports. Manufacturing will take place here, prescribe, issue there. The process is underway."
The head of Crimea recalled that by the new school year, about 20 thousand teachers from the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions will undergo retraining in Crimea in order to begin classes according to Russian programs from September 1.
The government of Sevastopol will send its methodologists to retrain teachers in the Starobelsky district of the LPR. Now the assistance of the district administration consists in organizing the budget process, managing and providing humanitarian assistance, especially in Rubezhnoye, where residents were left without water, food, and medicine.
“The landing of Sevastopol residents will increase to help teachers prepare to work according to Russian programs by the beginning of the school year,” Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev said on STV. “I myself am going to visit the Starobelsky district, sign an agreement and continue my patronage.”
Meanwhile, refugees who arrived in Sevastopol cannot receive financial assistance in the amount of 10 thousand rubles and exchange cash in hryvnia. According to information from the Commissioner for Human Rights in Sevastopol, Pavel Butsay, at the end of May, 6,6 thousand applications for financial assistance were submitted, only 1,2 thousand people received them. Banks refuse to exchange hryvnia until you receive refugee status or an open account for transferring material assistance.
