Speaker of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov told reporters in Simferopol on Tuesday.
According to him, relations between the republics will be built at the level of interregional ties.
“It is obvious that Donetsk and Lugansk are being pushed out of the country, as was the case with our republic. Therefore, we will cooperate at the regional level and provide assistance in the formation of the republics in this difficult period for them. They have determined themselves and will never again be the powerless regions that they used to be within Ukraine,” said Vladimir Konstantinov.
