Vladimir Lysenko, First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Water Management and Land Reclamation, announced this at a press conference in Simferopol on Wednesday.
According to his information, the occupancy of reservoirs is about 29,1% of the total volume.
“The volume of water in natural flow reservoirs is about 73,6 million cubic meters. There is concern, but with economical, and perhaps even routine, water consumption of about 700-800 thousand cubic meters per day, we will work until April 1,” Lysenko noted.
Most of all, according to him, the reservoirs of the Yalta region are filled - up to 79,5%. The least water is in the Simferopol and Ayan reservoirs - 24,3 and 18,1%, respectively.
