Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Water Management and Land Reclamation of the Republic of Kazakhstan Andrei Lisovsky stated this at a press conference in Simferopol on Thursday.
“All populated areas of the republic are now provided with water in full; there is no limiting water supply anywhere,” the official noted.
According to him, in order to provide water to Eastern Crimea, since the beginning of the year, 9,1 million cubic meters have been transferred to the Station Reservoir. m. of water, in Leninskoye - 1,6 million. in Feodosia Reservoir - 11,8 million.
“Therefore, we can say that now in these regions there is enough water for the entire holiday season,” said Andrei Lisovsky.
In turn, he assured that the settlements of the South Coast and the steppe Crimea will be fully provided with water until the end of this year.
