“Resort No. 1 in the Russian Federation and in the Black Sea basin. No one will convince me that this is impossible. I believe that we have all the necessary trump cards in our hands, strength and a head on our shoulders, so let’s implement this so that in 2017 we can make two embankments in the village councils and, accordingly, already in 2018 we will have project documentation for all other village councils and city,” said Aksenov.

“In Koktebel, unfortunately, the embankment is a chaotic development of shopping pavilions; everything needs to be put in order. We have developed a number of activities, and are now working on a concept to bring it all to uniformity. Developed a Mediterranean style. There is a park in the center; in the future, exhibitions and various creative events will be held here. In the area of Junge Hill we plan to make the so-called “Old-New City” - this is a game of various aqueducts, bridges and small houses, where an administrative center will be created and all administrative premises will be located, as well as squares where artists and creative people can gather. Everything will be done in the same style. The street design has also been developed, the embankments will be landscaped in a single design, which will also be developed in a certain color and style,” architect Alexander Nekrasov told him.

“...we are doing two pilot projects in the villages of Koktebel and Nikolaevka and using their examples to show what modern embankments should look like. The task that faces you is to develop preliminary designs for these two village councils by November 15 of this year. We will seek funding for work projects, perhaps it will be extra-budgetary funds. After the preliminary designs are formed, funding will be worked out in two weeks and from what sources it will be provided. For 2017, after all the documents have been analyzed and the amount of funding has been determined, we will try to create these two village councils,” Aksenov clarified.
