Crimea sends humanitarian aid to regions of Ukraine occupied by the Russian army
A large batch of humanitarian aid was delivered from Crimea to Melitopol - more than 110 tons of food. Cereals, salt, sugar, condensed milk, canned meat and fish are distributed to residents of Melitopol. Russian military personnel ensure the security of the convoy and the distribution of humanitarian aid.
Humanitarian convoys from Crimea to nearby cities and regions of Ukraine have entered the system. Cargo from all over the peninsula and neighboring regions is collected at a base in border Armyansk. There they are sorted, formed into parties and sent in caravans to the territory of a neighboring state, which is under the control of Russian peacekeepers.
The day before, humanitarian aid was delivered to Genichesk, whose residents are experiencing a shortage of food and medicine. In one raid, 14 tons of provisions and hygiene products were delivered to the city.
