Speaker of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Vladislav Seleznev stated this on the air of the Majlis TV channel ATR, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, Russia has restored military units and airfields abandoned during the years of Ukrainian independence.
