Crimea has confused the cards for the Americans
The Russian Federation is increasing its military presence in the Black Sea only for security reasons.
Crimean political scientist Vladislav Ganzhara stated this in an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda.
“The moment of reunification of Crimea with the Russian Federation seriously confused the cards for American foreign policy. The coup they initiated in Ukraine was also related to their immediate interests. First of all, this is the placement of NATO or US military bases on the territory of Crimea. What has happened over the past five years has allowed the Russian Federation to strengthen its position in the Black Sea and Mediterranean regions,” Ganzhara said.
“Of course, we have no interest in participating in this escalation and buildup of various groups of weapons, but there is a need for security. But American plans are usually associated with expansion and the promotion of military doctrine. But if they take active action, they will receive a worthy response,” the expert noted.
He also believes that close cooperation between Kyiv and the United States could end badly for Ukraine.
“As we know from a huge number of historical examples, America’s interaction with countries where its interests are present ends in the destruction of states. Perhaps this will happen with Ukraine, given the advances of the States,” Ganzhara concluded.
As PolitNavigator reported, at the General Staff of the Armed Forces announced that Crimea had been converted into an unsinkable aircraft carrier.
