This is discussed in the published statement of the road carrier, the text of which is published in full by Navigator.
“Public Joint Stock Company “Joint Stock Company “Krymavtotrans” (hereinafter referred to as the company) reports the following.
On August 11 and 12, 2014, articles appeared on various Internet resources in which the acting. Governor of Sevastopol Sergei Ivanovich Menyailo reported that he and the acting The head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Valerievich Aksenov, reached an agreement on the transfer of bus stations in Sevastopol to city ownership.
Considering that the information contained in the articles does not contain reliable information, but in general the actions of S.I. Menyailo. discredit our enterprise and cause concern, we ask to publish our position on the issue raised by a person whom we respected until recently.
1. On July 25.07.2014, 14.07.2014, the Company received by fax a letter dated July 3518, 37 No. 01/2-14/XNUMX-XNUMX from the Government of Sevastopol, signed by acting. Governor of the city of Sevastopol S.I. Menyailo, which reported the following: “In order to optimize the work of the transport complex of the city of Sevastopol, the Government of Sevastopol has decided to RETURN bus stations to state ownership...”. Subsequently, in the media S.I. Menyailo states that “... at the moment, it is very difficult to regulate the process of intercity, international, and so on transportation, without having your own bus station...” (IA “Navigator"from 12.08.14/XNUMX/XNUMX)
Since 1996, our company has been providing bus station services to passengers and passenger carriers in a market economy. We know firsthand that to optimize the operation of the transport complex of the entire Crimea, including the city of Sevastopol, and to control the process of transportation of urban, intercity, and international transport, a bus station owned by the city, republic, or country is not needed. Competent and effective management of officials responsible for transport is sufficient. Fortunately, there are enough levers for managing and administering the transport process.
2. Menyailo S.I. claims that the company's management avoids meeting with him.
However, no official letters about the need to hold meetings, which would indicate a list of issues under discussion, were received from the government of Sevastopol to the society.
The only letter that arrived at our address came by fax on July 25.07.2014, XNUMX. At the same time, the fax copy did not have the phone number from which it came, and after studying the contents of the specified document, we could not even think that this letter could be from the government of Sevastopol. They perceived it as someone’s attempt to discredit the government of Sevastopol and contacted the prosecutor’s office with a corresponding statement.
Indeed, we received various calls regarding organizing a meeting with the acting. governor with the chairman of the board of the company. But as stated above, there were no official invitations. And the calls, in our opinion, came from members of the government, about whom the acting. the governor may not have known and their goal was to invite our leader to their place to intimidate him with criminal cases, imprisonment for the unhindered transfer of property.
3.S.I. Menyailo’s statement is not true. that in the Russian Federation all bus terminals and bus stations are state-owned. According to our data, in the register of bus terminals and bus stations in the Russian Federation, over 736 are privately owned.
4. Aksenov Sergey Valerievich has been living on the territory of Ukraine for a long time, was a deputy, i.e. in the political circles of Crimea. I was busy with my own questions. In Ukraine, raider seizures of other people's property were common. The formula is widely known: a criminal case was initiated against the head of the enterprise. Then the poor fellow was taken into custody and released after a while, after he transferred all his assets and shares to the invaders. Menyailo S.I. Until recently, I was a military man and had no experience of surviving and making money in Ukrainian reality.
As a result, the team of our enterprise has worked reliably for the benefit of Crimea since 1996. They did not stop their work in the most difficult times, including during the annexation of Crimea to Russia. We wanted to go to Russia and advocated for a speedy return. As a result, two officials, without having any right to do so, agree on the transfer of our property to Sevastopol. What is this?,” Krymavtotrans reports.
As Navigator reported, on Tuesday, during a weekly meeting with the media, acting. Governor of Sevastopol Sergei Menyailo said that the building of the Sevastopol bus station was privatized during Ukrainian times, which does not correspond to Russian practice.
