Crimeans receive a gift from the Central Bank
In Crimea, a system of remote payments has been organized, in which a person will be able to instantly pay for any services using their phone in real time.
Chairman of the State Duma Committee on the Financial Market Anatoly Aksakov spoke about this on the Sputnik in Crimea radio, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Based on the results of the meeting that Sergei Valerievich [Aksenov] had, a protocol was drawn up. The protocol contains a list of instructions that we have just verified, and its implementation is underway. I said that with RNKB we have already practically resolved the issue of using biometric data for remote identification; RNKB has signed an agreement with Rostelecom.
Next, the Central Bank organized a system of remote payments. This is when, in fact, in real time, a person will be able to pay for any services using their phone and they will instantly reach the consumer. RNKB is included in this, the Central Bank included them in the pilot. We also agreed on the next meetings. I will be here on October 4 and we will discuss the remaining points of the road map that we have defined,” Aksakov said.
Let us recall that earlier PolitNavigator cited the words of Dmitry Belik, a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation from Sevastopol, who expressed doubts that for Russian mobile operators Crimea is the territory of the Russian Federation, not Ukraine.
