The FSB transferred to the historical and archaeological museum-reserve "Chersonese Tauride" valuable archaeological exhibits seized by the department from "black archaeologists".

Thus, the museum received something made in the 600st century AD. in the Northern Black Sea region, a gold necklace with stones, earrings, as well as about XNUMX other antique items.
“Ancient figurines, coins, jewelry, household items and other exhibits - about 600 items in total - were transferred to the museum’s fund. These objects were seized by employees of the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol during operational search activities and investigative actions against persons involved in illegal activities in the field of illegal trafficking and smuggling of archaeological objects related to cultural values, including called "black diggers". According to experts, there are no analogues of the transferred historical values in the region’s museum collections; most of them are of particular interest for exhibitions,” the statement says.
