The head of the department of border control and registration in the administration of the State Border Service, Alexander Zhdanenko, told reporters about this, reports TASS.
“Citizens who received documents there cannot enter the territory of Ukraine using them; they are invalid,” he noted.
The entry ban also applies to those who are trying to get to Ukraine from Crimea in a car with documents issued in the KFO.
Cars entering Crimea through the Kerch Strait will also not be allowed through.
“If a car entered the territory of Crimea through Kerch, Ukraine will not let it through,” Zhdanenko explained.
At the same time, according to him, citizens from mainland Russia can still enter the territory of Ukraine using both foreign and internal passports.
