“Many wills were drawn up according to the legislation that was in force. It was necessary to ensure reasonable expectations of people, to preserve and ensure the content of wills prepared under the previous legislation,” said Deputy Minister of Justice Mikhail Galperin.

If an inheritance is opened before March 18, 2014, inheritance relations will be regulated by the legislation in force in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol before that date.
