Crimean real estate is shocking with its prices
Housing in Crimea and Sevastopol is the most expensive in the Southern Federal District.
Olga Baldina, head of the Federal State Statistics Service for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, announced this at a press conference in Simferopol, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the statistician, the cost per square meter on the secondary market of Sevastopol is more than 66,6 thousand rubles, while in the neighboring Krasnodar Territory the average cost is 57 thousand rubles, and in the Astrakhan region - 35,9 thousand.
“Average prices on the housing market in Crimea as a whole are the highest. Both in the primary and secondary markets. If we talk about the cost of housing in the Republic of Crimea, here you need to pay 55,7 thousand rubles for one square meter of total area. When I said the highest, I meant the subjects of the Southern Federal District. The secondary market is showing the same trend. Here, even the price of housing on the secondary market in Sevastopol and the Republic of Crimea is the highest and is ahead of the Russian average,” Baldina said.
