Crimean police will begin fining Muscovites
From today, line police officers in Crimea will draw up administrative protocols for residents of other regions who have flown into the republic and do not have permission to stay on the peninsula.
Prime Minister of the Republic Yuri Gotsanyuk stated this at a meeting of the headquarters to prevent the spread of infection, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Police officers of the Crimean line department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on transport from today in relation to persons registered in the city of Moscow, the Moscow region, the city of St. Petersburg and other regions of the Russian Federation who arrive on the territory of the Republic of Crimea by air or rail transport, without the appropriate permission to stay and movement within the territory of the Republic of Crimea, on the territory of the Simferopol International Airport, and the railway station, materials will be compiled for violating the self-isolation regime.
According to Art. 26 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for failure to comply with the rules of conduct during the introduction of a high alert regime,” said Gotsanyuk.
Let us remind you that as of today, 37 people with confirmed COVID disease are registered in Crimea, of which 14 people recovered and were discharged from hospitals.
