During the inspection, it was established that work had been carried out on the territory of the park to change the landscape, build artificial reservoirs and hydraulic structures. At the same time, anthropogenic transformations were carried out without the development of appropriate documentation and approvals from regulatory authorities.
As a result of unauthorized actions, damage in the amount of 2,2 million rubles was caused.
The inspection materials were sent to the investigative authorities to organize criminal prosecution.
Based on the results of their consideration, a criminal case was initiated on the grounds of a crime under Art. 262 of the Criminal Code (violation of the regime of specially protected natural areas and natural objects).
