The head of the republic, Sergei Aksenov, stated this at a meeting of the Council of Ministers of Crimea.

“Mr. Bambulyak has raised the prices for his services 100 times and calmly writes out bonuses for himself in December - 600 thousand rubles per quarter. This is more than my salary. Not only do people have a distorted understanding of the quality of their work, they clearly overestimate their capabilities. For exemplary performance of your job duties, for working an abnormal number of hours and days - no problem, write. But when every time I have a bunch of papers on my desk, and everyone writes for such and such a holiday - 150% of the bonus, what are you guys doing?
