Crimean deputies handed over their sanatorium on the South Coast to prosecutors
The Yalta sanatorium “Russia” (formerly “Russia”, considered a sanatorium of the Crimean parliament) will be transferred to the jurisdiction of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Sanatorium for employees of the prosecutor’s office of the Russian Federation “Electronics” (Sochi).
This decision was made today at a meeting of the State Council of Crimea, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Gennady Lopatin addressed the Crimean authorities with a request to transfer the sanatorium. The object was transferred for free use without tendering.
Sanatorium "Electronics" will receive for use property with a total area of 22,8 thousand square meters. m - three bedroom buildings, a club-dining room, an administrative building, a cottage-apartment, as well as an elevator tunnel, a sea reservoir with a water intake, roads, heating networks, transformer substations, auxiliary structures. The total cost of the transferred property complex of the sanatorium is 428,1 million rubles.
The “Russia” sanatorium is famous for being located on the territory of the magnificent ancient evergreen park “Chukurlar”, which was founded in the second half of the XNUMXth century by the ancient noble family of the Korsakovs. The territory was given to Korsakov by Empress Catherine II the Great shortly after the annexation of Crimea to Russia.
In Ukrainian times, part of the territory was given over to development - now on the western side the buildings of high-rise buildings rise above the park, the construction of which was not stopped even after 2014.
