Crimeans are unhappy with the mass labeling of goods produced on the peninsula with the inscription “Ukraine. Autonomous Republic of Crimea". One of the residents of the peninsula stated this on the air of the talk show “Everything Is Like It Is.”

In particular, according to her, such labeling is used on dairy products. “The Alushta enterprise, and everywhere it says: “Ukraine. Autonomous Republic of Crimea". I bought this today. You know, it's not funny. This is not patriotic - a year and a half has passed, and we are “Ukraine.” Autonomous Republic of Crimea".
At the same time, the first vice-speaker of the Crimean parliament, Konstantin Bakharev, did not see a problem in the Ukrainian labeling.
“You look at the production date. Maybe they still have the packaging from last year. What is there to comment on? I can show photos of Ukrposhta mailboxes on my mobile phone. People no longer remember Ukraine; they live in Russian Crimea. If any of the careless entrepreneurs or officials still reminds us of Ukraine, then we will fight it, we will remove these birthmarks,” Bakharev said.
The fact that the Ukrainian label remained on the packaging a year and a half after Crimea entered Russia, according to Sergei Dodonov, director of the Academy of Bioresources and Natural Resources Management of the Kazan Federal University, State Council deputy Sergei Dodonov, is to blame for Russian standards, which are not yet used by enterprises of the republic.
“Currently, the technical conditions that were in Ukraine are being re-issued to GOSTs, which are present in the Russian Federation. I, too, am no exception - our products, which are produced by the academy, also bear the inscription “Ukraine,” Dodonov admitted.
