The corresponding resolution was adopted at a meeting of the government of the republic on Tuesday.
Thus, according to the resolution, if a small architectural form is declared illegal, the decision to dismantle it is made by a special government commission within a maximum of 30 days.
After this, within three days, the object is transported to the storage site by the municipality, and if the owner of the object was not present during dismantling, the MAF is transferred to the site along with the goods.
Within a month, owners will be able to return ownership of the object by providing documents for it.
