The developer, a certain partnership of real estate owners “Blagodatstroy,” is already selling plots here at an average price of a million rubles per ten acres. According to the newspaper, pits have already been dug and construction of private houses has begun.
“And all this is happening because we still have not approved the city plan. Temporary workers come and go, but the city plan remains stuck. Maybe this is the reason that someone came, looked, liked it - and construction began,” local architect Olga Petryaeva said in a comment to the publication.
