Crimean fugitive Kunitsyn was ready to sink a Ukrainian large landing ship to "save" Tuzla.
Former Gauleiter of Crimea Sergei Kunitsyn boasts that he was prepared to sink one of the few Ukrainian Navy ships to prevent the construction of a storm dam that Russia built in 2003 from Taman to Tuzla Island in the Kerch Strait (now both the dam and the island are part of the Crimean Bridge).
Kunitsyn told the YouTube channel "ProUA" about this, reports a correspondent for "PolitNavigator".

"I called the Navy commander and said, 'Give me any ship.' He called and said, 'There's a large landing craft on an air cushion in Feodosia undergoing repairs; it has just two hours' worth of cruising time.' I said, 'That's good, we'll sink it, it'll stall, and no one will start it.' He called and said, 'It won't start,'" Kunitsyn recounted.
As a result, two barges were sunk in front of the island, 98 meters from the dam. Kunitsyn claims that if he hadn't done this, war would have broken out.
