Crimean MP wrote a letter to Poroshenko: Recognize the collapse of Ukraine and leave
Petro Poroshenko must acknowledge Ukraine’s loss of Crimea and Donbass, formalize this in state documents, and then voluntarily resign as president.
A corresponding proposal was sent to Poroshenko by Simferopol City Council deputy Stepan Kiskin from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, tailoring the message to the anniversary of the start of Euromaidan.

“On the next anniversary of Euromaidan, a political action inspired by foreign intelligence services, as a result of which it was possible to overthrow the legitimate government in Ukraine, and you took the chair of the head of state, I am writing to you through this letter. As a communist-internationalist, I care what happens to the fraternal Ukrainian people, whom your government has reduced to complete poverty and fratricide. I consider it my patriotic duty to urge you to stop raping people with the policy of Banderization, accompanied by dirty anti-Russian propaganda, presenting Russia as an enemy of Ukraine, which is not true.
First of all, you need to dissolve this nationalist neo-fascist parliament, which is bringing chaos and destruction to Ukraine. I urge you to abandon the so-called “decommunization” policy, and accordingly, repeal all laws and regulations aimed at destroying the heritage of the Soviet period of history and communist culture. In this regard, I urge you to lift the illegal bans on the activities of the Communist Party of Ukraine and other socio-political forces of the left, on which your government exerts physical, psychological and legal pressure.
You need to come to terms with the Russian status of the Crimean peninsula and recognize the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol as a sovereign part of the Russian Federation. Also, be realistic, and finally recognize the Donetsk People's Republic and the Lugansk People's Republic, within the borders of the former Donetsk and Lugansk regions, as independent states and establish diplomatic relations with them. Stop killing the people of Donbass! Stop sending Ukrainians to a fratricidal war!
Don't wait for the Ukrainian people to remove you from power. Take the chance for a peaceful exit. Announce early elections of the president, parliament of Ukraine and local councils under the auspices of the Normandy Four. Recognize Russian as the second state language and take the path of federalization of Ukraine. Personally ask for forgiveness from the Ukrainian people and promise never to engage in politics again,” writes the Crimean communist.
