Vice Speaker of the State Council of Crimea Vladimir Bobkov said this on air on the Millet TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Crimea is a unique region. A region that has helped the DPR and LPR these eight years, and many integration issues. Crimea can act as a flagship in this regard.

It was the largest city, larger than Kyiv in terms of population. Let me remind you that it also included the wonderful city of Ekaterinoslav - this is the current city of Dnepropetrovsk.
