The head of the State Council of Crimea, Vladimir Konstantinov, traveled to Europe and was not detained by Interpol.
Ukrainian political scientist Taras Berezovets stated this in an interview with Radio Vesti.

“We know that Konstantinov is flying to Europe and is wanted. I know that he was in Germany and Spain on private visits. Excuse me if you're looking for him, where's the Interpol red card? This means that you are so bad at looking for him that your separatists are traveling all over Europe. And you say that they are on your wanted list,” Berezovets is indignant.
