This was announced by the head of the region, Sergei Aksenov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The law provides for the right to receive a free plot of land without bidding and out of turn for a SVO participant who has permanent registration in the territory of the Republic of Crimea,” Aksenov wrote in his Telegram channel. – Each of our defenders will be provided with land, regardless of whether he has other real estate or property. The plots will be provided for gardening with the possibility of building a residential building there or running individual housing construction. In the event of the death of a serviceman, members of his family have the right to receive land.”
According to the head, the conditions for providing benefits will be simplified as much as possible. Applications will be submitted to local authorities at your place of residence.
