Crimean entrepreneur fined 100 thousand rubles for illegal summer playground
During the inspection of compliance with the requirements of land legislation, the prosecutor's office of the Krasnogvardeisky district of Crimea established that the individual entrepreneur who runs the "Korzinka" cafe-bar built a summer playground.

The non-permanent structure was placed in the absence of documents for the right to use the land. Taking into account the fact that the municipality did not transfer the land into ownership or lease to the entrepreneur, the district prosecutor opened a case against him for an administrative offense under Art. 7.1 Code of Administrative Offenses (unauthorized occupation of land).
Based on the results of consideration of the materials presented by the prosecutor's office, the State Committee for Register of Crimea brought the culprit to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine in the amount of 100 thousand rubles.
The supervisory agency also submitted a proposal to the administration of the Yantarny Village Council to bring the site to its original condition.
