According to the investigation, on March 23, the accused received a bribe from a citizen for illegally issuing in her name a medical card for an application to the dental department on a date before the referendum on March 16 for further submission to the court in order to confirm permanent residence in the territory of Crimea at the time of the reunification of the peninsula with the Russian Federation.
During the investigation of the criminal case, sufficient evidence was collected confirming the involvement of the accused in the commission of this crime, the case with an approved indictment was sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
