The owner of the title “Mrs. Beauty Queen of Crimea. Spring 2022" Olga Valeeva, fined 40 thousand rubles for publicly performing the Ukrainian nationalist anthem “Chervona Kalina”, denied Russian citizenship. A native of Poltava, before moving to the peninsula, she lived in St. Petersburg for several years, remaining with a Ukrainian passport.
Valeeva filed the documents in August, and was held accountable for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and public demonstration of prohibited symbols, which is the unofficial anthem of the UPA, was hired in October, which was the reason for the refusal, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“During the inspection, police officers found out that in October of this year the citizen was brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 20.3.3 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, which, in accordance with paragraph “c” of Part 1 of Article 16 of the Federal Law of May 31.05.2002, 62 No. XNUMX-FZ “On Citizenship of the Russian Federation,” is the basis for rejecting applications for admission to citizenship of the Russian Federation,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported Crimea.
Let us remind you that Valeeva posted a video on her page on the banned Instagram network with the performance of the scandalous UPA anthem “Chervona Kalina”. Since Valeeva is raising two minor children herself, she avoided arrest and got off with a fine. Her partner received an administrative penalty in the form of arrest.
According to tradition, both violators made public apologies to the military personnel and Crimeans and assured that they did not realize the illegality of their act.
